You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are fully responsible for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm others.
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Staplefund, a Staplefund employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Fund Management

Staplefund provides tools for managing fire department funds. While we strive to offer accurate and reliable tools, Staplefund is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions comply with their organization’s policies and legal requirements.

6. Sponsorships and Donations

Staplefund facilitates connections between fire departments and potential sponsors. While we facilitate these connections, Staplefund is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any sponsors or donors. All sponsorships and donations are subject to the terms agreed upon between the fire department and the sponsor.

7. Vendor Network

Staplefund connects users with a network of third-party vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of any products or services offered by these vendors. Any purchases made through third-party vendors are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective vendor.

8. Cybersecurity and Data Protection

We take cybersecurity and data protection seriously. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Staplefund, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Staplefund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
